Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high-impact commercial projects. This role also contributes to Corporate Initiatives including training development and data analytics.

You will develop baselines, monitor schedules, analyze trends, and prepare time impact analyses. Travel to project sites is required, and you will interact with owners, subcontractors and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement scheduling best practices.
• Analyze drawings and specs to prepare baseline schedules.
• Monitor project schedules and provide guidance to Operations staff.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors, and representatives to represent Clark and partners.
• Develop conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management when required.
• Use analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual status vs. proposed plan and communicate impacts.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per standards.
• Travel to project sites.
• Develop and deliver Planning and Project Controls training.
• Suggest improvements to policies and procedures.
