Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Scheduler for core project planning. You will collaborate with the project team to prepare and update schedules, perform reviews, and ensure sequencing aligns with lean processes.

Requirements include 0–2 years of scheduling experience and a preferred Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Limited travel and office-based duties apply.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of scheduling from proposal to baseline and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training content for scheduling.
• Develops best scheduling practices with the team.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Supports Lean and pull planning; aligns CPM with pull plans.
• Prepares various project reports as required.
• Adds resource and cost loading to schedules as needed.
