Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler—Core to join our Advanced Facilities team. You’ll collaborate with project teams to create and maintain schedules, review progress, and keep baseline and updated plans aligned with pull planning.

This role emphasizes accurate sequencing, communication, and ongoing improvement of scheduling practices. The position requires 0–2 years scheduling experience, a construction-related bachelor’s degree (preferred) and familiarity with JE Dunn tools and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.
• Ability to read plans, drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
• Participates in planning, baseline schedules and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software and supports training.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Assists with reports and resource/cost loading when needed.
