Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler in the Advanced Facilities Group to build and update project schedules with the team. You will review and refine sequencing, applying concrete planning methods and JE Dunn tooling to keep projects on track.

The role requires 0–2 years scheduling experience, a related degree or equivalent, and strong communication. You will collaborate across sites, support Lean planning, and help prepare schedule reports and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling are utilized.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process, including the creation of proposal schedules, baseline schedule and ongoing schedule updates.
• Utilizes working knowledge of JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with and performs training for JE Dunn operations.
• Assists with training content and course preparation for training delivered by the group.
• Assists with the development of best practices for JE Dunn planning and scheduling efforts.
• Visits job sites regularly to review job status and applies construction sequencing knowledge to accurately update the project schedule for assigned projects.
