Job summary

Walbec Group seeks a Construction Scheduler in southern Wisconsin to produce, manage and communicate daily schedules for commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate equipment, plants and third-party trucking to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will work with local PMs and superintendents to collect data, maintain the master schedule, and ensure effective long-range planning to optimize crew utilization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several schedules simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and tools.
• Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
• Clear communication with diverse teams and partners.
• Professional conduct and integrity in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily schedules for crews in southern Wisconsin, including labor, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate transport with Payne and Dolan to optimize moves of heavy equipment.
• Create rolling two-week schedules and post updates daily.
• Keep master schedule current with long-range planning.
• Collaborate with project management to gather data for efficient scheduling.
