Walbec Group is seeking a Construction Scheduler in Wisconsin to produce and manage daily project schedules, coordinating crews, equipment, and trucking to keep work on track. You’ll work with the Logistics Manager and field teams to optimize efficiency and cost.

Strong scheduling experience and communication are essential for success. Responsibilities include developing rolling two‑week plans, updating master schedules, and ensuring access to up‑to‑date schedules for supervisors and managers

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling or participating in a logistics environment, preferably in a construction related setting.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and general software literacy.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Clear communication and teamwork with field staff, management and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Produce, manage and communicate daily construction schedules for projects.
• Coordinate equipment, plants and third‑party trucking to optimize schedules.
• Create rolling two‑week schedules and post updates electronically for access.
• Work with transportation teams to ensure efficient moves of heavy equipment.
• Collaborate with project management and superintendents to collect data for cost‑effective scheduling.
• Monitor and coordinate long‑range planning and crew availability.
