Job summary

Jobot is seeking a detail-oriented scheduler for a portfolio of construction assignments in Wisconsin. You will own project scheduling, evaluate progress on-site, and maintain accurate timelines across multi-billion-dollar megaprojects.

The role demands autonomy, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines across stakeholders. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, with 1–3 years GC site experience and proficiency in MS Project or

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills across stakeholders.
Willingness to travel 25-35% to job sites and client locations.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, engineering or related field.
Experience on construction sites as assistant PM, project engineer, field engineer or superintendent is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead schedule development and manage updates across planning and construction lifecycle.
Investigate project schedules and cost records for forensic delay analysis.
Visit construction sites regularly to assess progress against plan.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and clients to keep schedules current.
