Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Project Engineer to support Project Managers with day-to-day tasks, including bidding, scheduling, contracts, and billing on commercial and industrial projects.

You will collaborate with Operations, PMs, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Technical Services to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain safety and project quality. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, vocational training, certification from an accredited organization or combination of schooling and relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, consulting, conflict management, and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with bidding, scheduling, contracts, billing and collection.
• Attend project meetings and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are addressed in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate with Operations, Scheduling, Manufacturing and Technical Services as needed.
• Spends time with Operations, PMs, Scheduling and exposure to Manufacturing and Technical Services.
