Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler Family - Core within the Advanced Facilities Group to join our team. You will collaborate with project teams to prepare and maintain project schedules, perform regular reviews, and support the planning process for large Industrial & Manufacturing projects.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years scheduling experience, a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent), and strong skills in MS Office and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required).
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to read plans, drawings and specifications.
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with team members.
• Proficiency in scheduling software; knowledge of Lean process.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of planning and scheduling, including baseline schedules and updates.
• Assists with training for JE Dunn operations and content preparation for training.
• Visits job sites to update schedules and review status.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions and aligns CPM with pull plans.
