Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Scheduler II to join our Menlo Park, CA office. You will oversee scheduling for complex construction projects, coordinating with project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 proficiency, resource and cost loading, and excellent communication. A Master’s degree in a related field plus experience is acceptable in lieu of specified experience.

Qualifications

• Experienced in scheduling for construction projects using Primavera P6.
• Developing resource- and cost-loaded baseline schedules.
• Proficient in reading plans, models, and specifications for scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, planning and scheduling of project activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain on-time delivery.
• Prepare monthly status updates and narrative reports per contract documents.
• Support time impact analyses and bid schedule development.
