Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Scheduler II to join our Menlo Park, CA office. The role oversees the development, planning and scheduling for assigned construction project(s) and coordinates with project teams to facilitate on-time delivery.

The Scheduler must read plans and manage schedules while maintaining strong communication skills. The position requires Primavera P6 expertise, baseline cost/resource loading, and travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling for construction projects using Primavera P6.
• Experience with resource and cost-loaded baseline schedules.
• Proficiency in reading plans, models, and specifications for schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and schedule activities for assigned construction project(s).
• Coordinate with project teams to produce monthly status updates and reports.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling standards and timely project delivery.
• Support time impact analyses and collaboration with Estimating/Preconstruction.
• Represent the company in meetings with owners, A/E representatives and contractors.
