Job summary

Haskell is looking for a Construction Scheduler to join our Utah-based team. You will develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using Primavera/P6, with focus on cost loading, resource loading, and timeline adherence.

Minimum of a four-year engineering or construction management degree is required along with 1–5 years of scheduling experience on large projects. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Willingness to travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management is required.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• 1–5 years of scheduling experience on large construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera/P6 including cost and resource loading.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain construction project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on estimates-to-complete and cash flow projections.
• Create baseline reviews and schedule reports for PM teams.
• Manage resource and cost loading based on project requirements.
• Prepare project reports and assist in value scheduling with estimators.
