Bay Ltd. is seeking a Planner Scheduler I to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, coordinating with Project Controls and Project Managers to meet milestones and optimize timelines.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, strong MS Office skills, and a strong focus on safety and accuracy. The successful candidate will work on industrial construction projects, collaborating cross-functionally with clients to align scheduling efforts with project objectives, while potentially

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a field related to construction; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in planning/scheduling activities on industrial construction projects.
• Working knowledge of construction industry standards and project management.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong computer skills.
• Primavera P6 proficiency.
• PMP Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction schedules using Primavera P6 from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources and optimize costs.
• Monitor progress against schedules and propose corrective actions.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to minimize delays and budget impact.
• Provide regular updates on schedules, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Maintain records of schedules and generate reports to support decision making.
• Lead process improvement initiatives in scheduling practices.
• May oversee or direct work of less experienced staff.
• Ensure safety procedures and policies compliance.
