Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a growing construction team. You will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules for large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and civil projects, coordinating with project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction scheduling, proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and CPM principles. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP is a plus.
• Experience with CPM scheduling principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
• Create baseline schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Collaborate with PMs, superintendents, estimators, engineers, owners, and subs.
• Identify schedule risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Track procurement, deliveries, and subcontractor performance to schedules.
• Prepare schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, and executive reports.
• Analyze progress and forecast labor, resources, and completion dates.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Support claims analysis, delay documentation, and change order evaluations.
• Ensure schedules comply with contracts and company standards.
