Job summary
Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Scheduling Engineer to join our Los Angeles office. You will lead development planning and scheduling for assigned projects, coordinating with project teams to ensure on-time delivery.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 3 years scheduling experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. Travel to project sites is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
- Three (3) years scheduling experience in construction/engineering.
- Experience scheduling with Primavera P6 in the commercial general building sector.
- Development of resource and cost loaded baseline schedules.
- Proficiency in P6 and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development planning and scheduling of activities for assigned project(s).
- Coordinate planning and scheduling functions with project teams to facilitate on-time delivery.
- Maintain schedule updates, delay mitigation, and reporting narratives as required.
- Represent the scheduling function in meetings with owners, A/E reps, and other contractors.
- Ensure adherence to corporate planning and scheduling standards and procedures.
