Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler in Tucson, AZ to partner with project teams to build and update schedules for large Industrial & Manufacturing and Data Center projects.

The role requires 0-2 years scheduling experience and a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. You will use JE Dunn scheduling software and MS Office to support planning, reporting and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.
• Proficient reading of plans, drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of schedule logic and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of scheduling including baseline schedules and updates.
• Uses JE Dunn scheduling software to manage schedules.
• Assists with training and development content for scheduling.
• Develops best practices for planning and scheduling.
• Reviews job sites to update schedules and review status.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning by aligning CPM with pull plans.
• Assists with reporting and resource/cost loading as needed.
• Contributes to pursuit opportunities with the project team.
