Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler within the Advanced Facilities Group to build and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the project team.

You will review schedules, participate in planning sessions, and apply JE Dunn scheduling tools to ensure timely project delivery. Travel to sites may be required, with focus on integration of lean planning and pull planning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred) or equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure best practices; communicates review comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of the scheduling process, including proposal schedules, baseline schedules and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training and development of scheduling content for training.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions by aligning CPM with pull plan results.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules accordingly.
• Provides planning and scheduling support to operations and other functions.
