Zusammenfassung

Eosso Brothers Paving is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative in New Jersey to identify and develop client relationships within the construction and paving industry. You will drive revenue, coordinate with marketing and support staff, and act as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate has asphalt/concrete sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant past experience in sales.
• Experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota; sales in construction services preferred (asphalt or concrete).
• Ability to sell to Manager and Director levels within organization.
• Experience managing entire project cycle from start to close.
• Strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset.
• Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans.
• Strong communication, credibility, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, bid preparation and job costing software.

• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to prepare proposals.
• Lead bid reviews and preconstruction meetings to align expectations with scope.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and identify upcoming projects and needs.
