Job summary

Eosso Brothers Paving is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative in New Jersey to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships within the paving and construction industry.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting to negotiating contracts and closing deals—while collaborating with estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and profitable projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant past sales experience.
• Experience selling construction services, asphalt or concrete is preferred.
• Ability to sell to Manager and Director levels and manage whole project cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations and project management teams on proposals.
• Attend networking events to promote services and build relationships.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide market feedback.
