Job summary

Eosso Brothers Paving is seeking a Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships to drive revenue within the construction and paving sector. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of accounts, aiming for retention, growth, and strategic development.

The ideal candidate understands the full construction process from bidding to project execution and can effectively communicate capabilities to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience selling construction services, asphalt or concrete is preferred.
• Ability to target Manager/Director levels and manage full project cycles.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients to grow revenue and build lasting relationships.
• Develop proposals with estimating, operations, and project management teams.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly network at industry events.
• Provide consultative sales and align solutions to client needs.
