Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development in construction or related field.
• Experience selling to contractors, architects, developers, or building owners is a strong plus.
• Ability to read construction plans and understand project needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, property owners, and other construction partners.
• Identify and pursue new construction opportunities throughout Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through relationship development, networking, and market activity.
• Review project plans, specifications, schedules, and site requirements to understand customer needs.
• Partner with internal operations teams to develop accurate bids, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Present proposals, explain project solutions and pricing, and negotiate contracts.
• Visit jobsites and meet with customers throughout Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
