Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Pro Sales Associate in Alabama to proactively engage Pro customers, understand their project needs, and drive sales growth on the floor and through quotes, blueprints, and deliveries.

You will promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs, build lasting relationships, and coordinate fulfillment to ensure timely project completion. Training through Lowe's platforms supports ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer-facing sales.
• 1 year of sales experience to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience including resolving issues and building relationships.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers and driving sales growth.
• Understand Pro customers' project needs including scope, timelines, and material requirements.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to ensure on-time project completion.
• Prospect for new Pro customers by engaging on the sales floor and within Top Accounts.
• Utilize Pro inventory and merchandising programs to win sales when items are unavailable.
• Partner with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk area and support store operations.
• Learn updates and selling skills through Lowe’s training platforms.
