Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites in a defined geographical territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and their subsidiaries.
• Prospect and qualify new accounts from existing, dormant or non-customer lists, including competitors.
• Collaborate with specialty division reps to promote cross-selling.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies for territory growth.
• Develop and present company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and other CRM tools to build a strong pipeline.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify opportunities.
• Perform other duties as needed.
