Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC in Purcellville, VA seeks a Commercial Sales Representative to identify, develop and maintain client relationships, driving revenue growth in paving and construction services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant past experience in sales (construction services a plus).
• Experience meeting an individual quota and selling construction services (asphalt/concrete) preferred.
• Experience selling to Manager/Director levels.
• Experience managing full project cycle from start to close.
• Strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset.
• Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans.
• Strong communication, credibility and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Forecasting and business reporting responsibilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CRM/bid tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients to drive value and growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations and project management to prepare proposals.
• Participate in bid reviews and preconstruction meetings to align scope and capabilities.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regular client communication.
• Attend networking events and industry meetings to promote services.
• Provide market feedback and opportunities to management.
• Identify and pursue new and emerging vertical markets.
