Job summary

PKS Paving in Atlanta, GA seeks a Commercial Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships in the construction and paving industry. You will own the assigned accounts, drive revenue growth, and communicate capabilities effectively to clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle from bidding and estimating through project execution, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and build a strong pipeline through networking, CRM tools, and strategic business planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
Experience carrying an individual quota in construction services.
Ability to engage with Managers and Directors.
End-to-end project cycle management from bid to close.
Proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

Engage new and existing users to show value of current portfolio.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to prepare proposals.
Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Build a strong pipeline and participate in industry events.
Provide market feedback to management.
