Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical design-build projects in the Twin Cities area. This office-based role requires coordinating with customers, field teams, and vendors to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of PM experience in commercial mechanicals, piping expertise, and strong customer service. Licensing such as PE is highly desirable to support our client's design-build focus.

Competenze

• 7+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong experience managing design-build mechanical projects.
• Strong Division 23/mechanical piping background.
• Plumbing experience preferred.
• Sheet metal and pipefitting experience highly valued.
• Commercial and/or small industrial project experience.
• Multifamily experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Ability to independently run projects and make decisions.
• PE or engineering license is highly desirable, particularly given the company's design-build focus.

Mansioni

• Manage commercial mechanical projects from start through completion.
• Lead design-build projects and coordinate project requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, documentation, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Provide solutions to project-related technical and operational challenges.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project.
• Review project scope, plans, specifications, and design requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and jobsite coordination.
• Monitor project profitability and assist with successful project closeout.
• Manage multiple projects based on size and complexity.
