Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is assisting an established commercial mechanical contractor in Minnesota in finding an experienced construction sales professional.

The role focuses on developing opportunities, building relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors, and pursuing design-build and negotiated projects. You’ll manage opportunities from initial contact to award, leverage an existing book of business, and work closely with engineering and project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial construction sales experience.
• Established book of business and industry relationships.
• Experience with negotiated and/or design-build projects preferred
• Strong direct-to-owner sales experience.
• Engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial construction opportunities and new business.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, GCs, and key decision-makers.
• Pursue design-build and negotiated projects.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through project award.
• Leverage your existing book of business and industry relationships.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams.
