Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to grow market share in a defined territory across CO and surrounding regions.

The role combines pre‑sale activities such as prospecting and presentations with post‑sale project coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Starting annual pay ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, with a base salary, training subsidy, and commission.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred, OR 5 years of construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Minimal overnight travel required beyond initial training.
• Ability to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to sell at or above established budgets.
• Growth mindset to expand market share and be available during construction‑related hours.
• Coordinate all individuals involved in building projects and manage subcontractors.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Must reside within 30 miles of the assigned territory within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, generate leads, and deliver customer presentations in the assigned territory.
• Develop solutions and guide customers through the early stages of the buying process.
• Oversee post‑sale project management and coordinate internal teams to ensure a smooth build.
• Maintain and grow the sales pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
