Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across multiple projects. You will develop site-specific safety plans, lead the ORM process, and coordinate with GC and owners to implement mitigation measures and training.

Qualifications include 8+ years with a high school diploma or higher, OSHA/EM-385 1-1 knowledge, and experience in S&H training and incident investigations. Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint is expected.

• OSHA, DOT compliance knowledge and safety management systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management
• Develop and implement site-specific Safety Plans (APP)
• Lead ORM reviews and coordinate with GC/owner for mitigation plans
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare technical reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and budgets
