Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions LLC seeks a Project Safety Coordinator to promote and enforce safe working conditions across active construction sites. You will work with Regional HSE leadership, site supervisors, and contractors to identify hazards, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture.

Requirements include extensive construction safety experience, CSP/CHST certification, and strong incident investigation and training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven consecutive years in building construction safety.
• Five+ years in building construction safety management with CSP/CHST.
• Continuing safety training for the claimed period.
• Four-year degree in construction safety plus three years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety inspections, audits & hazard oversight across sites.
• Document control, safety logs, OSHA 300, SDS binders, and project files.
• Design, schedule, and deliver safety training and toolbox talks.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Develop JHAs/AHAs and site safety plans for high-risk operations.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and liaison with local services.
• Perform other safety tasks and administrative duties as needed.
