Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions LLC is seeking a Site Safety Representative to promote, monitor, and support safe conditions across active construction sites. You will work with regional HSE leadership, site Supervisors, PMs, and subcontractors to identify hazards and drive a proactive safety culture.

Required OSHA 30 Card, CPR/First Aid/AED, and relevant construction safety experience or BCSP certification. The role includes inspections, training, documentation control, and emergency coordination.

Qualifications

• Have OSHA 30 Hour Card and CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Possess safety certifications from BCSP or equivalent with 3+ years in construction safety.
• Experience with OSHA 500/510 or instructor coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and hazard oversight to ensure compliance.
• Manage safety documentation, records, logs, SDS binders, and project safety files.
• Design and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and specialized sessions as needed.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Assist in developing JHAs/AHAs and site safety plans for high-risk operations.
• Coordinate emergency plans and liaise with local responders and first aid resources.
• Perform additional safety tasks and administrative duties as directed.
