Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions LLC is hiring a Site Safety Representative – Construction to promote, monitor, and support safe working conditions on active construction sites. You will report to the Regional HSE Consultant and collaborate with site supervisors and trade contractors.

The role requires CPR/First Aid/AED certification and OSHA 500/510 qualifications, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure regulatory compliance and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required.
• OSHA 500 Basic Instructor Course and/or OSHA 510 certification is required, with fall protection experience.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and hazard oversight across varied work areas.
• Maintain and oversee all site safety documentation, logs, and SDS binders for audit readiness.
• Design and deliver safety training, orientation, toolbox talks, and targeted sessions as needed.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Assist in developing Job Hazard Analyses and site safety plans for high-risk operations.
• Coordinate site emergency preparedness, life safety resources, and liaison with local responders.
• Take on additional safety tasks or field evaluations as directed by leadership.
