Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Site Safety Representative to promote, monitor, and support safe construction sites. You will collaborate with regional HSE leadership, site supervisors, project managers, and trade contractors to identify and control hazards and ensure regulatory compliance, including OSHA standards.

You will lead safety inspections, audits, and audits, manage documentation, deliver toolbox talks, and coordinate emergency response plans while supporting

Qualifications

• 7 years dedicated to building construction safety.
• 5 years building construction safety management experience.
• Continuing safety training demonstrated for the claimed period.
• Four-year construction safety degree requires at least 3 years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard oversight.
• Manage site safety documentation and audit readiness.
• Design and deliver safety training and toolbox talks.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Assist in Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and AHAs.
• Coordinate site emergency response plans and lif Safety resources.
