Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions LLC is seeking a Site Safety Representative to promote and monitor safe working conditions across active construction sites. You will report to the Regional HSE Consultant and work with site teams to identify hazards, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections and audits, maintaining safety documents, delivering toolbox talks and training, investigating incidents, and assisting with JHAs/AHAs and

Qualifications

• Hold current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• Maintain OSHA 30-hour Construction card updated every two years.
• Five (5)+ years of full-time construction safety management experience.
• Hold at least one of OSHA 510 or CHST.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard oversight across varied work areas.
• Manage safety documentation including inspection records, logs, SDS binders, and project safety files.
• Design, schedule, and deliver safety training such as orientations and toolbox talks.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Review and assist in Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA).
• Coordinate site emergency response plans and liaise with local emergency services.
• Perform other safety-related tasks as directed by regional leadership.
