CEC Companies is seeking a Safety Coordinator to implement safety programs across project sites. The role involves daily field walks, regulatory compliance, audit oversight and developing corrective action plans to address safety issues.

You will mentor employees to foster safe behaviors and a strong safety culture on site. This safety sensitive position requires coordinating with crew foremen, conducting site orientations, incident investigations, and periodic tool and equipment audits,

Qualificações

• Degree or extensive training in environmental health and safety.
• 1–3 years in construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction required; OSHA 510/511 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and coach Crew Foreman in ORM boards and Job Hazard Analyses.
• Submit Site Safety Audit reports daily with findings and corrective actions.
• Assist with job site safety orientations for new employees.
• Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Perform periodic audits of power tools and equipment for proper maintenance.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety requirements.
• Support daily field safety activities and coaching.
