McGough is seeking a Safety Coordinator to enforce safety, environmental and risk controls on construction projects nationwide. You will lead safety programs, conduct site inspections, train crews and collaborate with project teams to prevent incidents.

The role requires OSHA 30, CHST within 2 years, and strong communication. This is a travel-heavy position with opportunities to mentor staff and advance safety culture across projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of building construction safety experience or equivalent education.
• OSHA 30 training required.
• First Aid/CPR/BBP and AED training required.
• CHST within 2 years of appointment.
• Ability to pass background and security screenings.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety program and enforce policy across jobsites.
• Direct safety staff and collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance.
• Identify and mitigate hazards; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and safety meetings.
