Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Safety and Health or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.
• 5+ years of experience with safety and health in the construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies for reducing injuries and incidents to meet business targets.
• Provide training and education to personnel on safety and health requirements.
• Plan and lead pre-job safety meetings and develop emergency response plans.
• Independently initiate safety audits, evaluations, inspections and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors, vendors and third-party personnel.
