Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Safety and Health or equivalent.
• 5+ years of safety and health experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high production environment (50+ hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce injuries and incidents.
• Provide training and education on safety requirements.
• Lead pre-job safety planning meetings and emergency plans.
• Initiate and lead safety meetings and training programs.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors and vendors.
