MP Nexlevel, LLC is seeking an experienced Safety Professional to lead inspections, incident investigations, and safety training across construction sites. You will develop safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and advise management on regulatory issues while traveling nationwide.

Responsibilities include conducting field audits, managing safety paperwork, and supporting the Safety Director with workers' compensation and general liability claims.

Formación

• 5+ years field safety experience.
• BS degree in Safety or Health related field desired.
• CUSP safety certification a plus.
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability claim processes.
• Able to communicate technical information to field personnel as well as executive management.
• Demonstrated ability to review contractors health and safety plans.
• Can react calmly in emergency situations and work effectively with other people.
• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter and have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work some weekends
• Must be willing to travel nationwide.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Technical efficiency & knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

This position would be responsible for conducting inspections, incident investigation and analysis, safety training, safety audits, safety reporting, and internal communications with regards to safety concerns, and upon request, company representation for OSHA Regulatory citations and appeals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will assist in the development and implementation of safety programs/safety plans

Essential Education and Qualifications:

Salary Range: 80-95K based on relevant experience

Physical Demands:

Frequent travel to work sites (75%)
