Job summary

MP Nexlevel, LLC is seeking a safety-focused leader to improve safety performance across designated operations. The role partners with the Corporate Safety Director to develop and administer policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.

The position requires guiding safety training, overseeing incident monitoring, and coordinating with subcontractors and owners. A minimum of 5 years in field safety and a related BS degree are expected, with professional certifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years field safety experience.
• BS degree in Safety or Health related field desired.
• CUSP safety certification a plus.
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability claim processes.
• Able to communicate technical information to field personnel as well as executive management.
• Demonstrated ability to review contractors health and safety plans.
• CPR/first aid training from a recognized provider.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safety in a geographic region with leadership over safety activities.
• Develop, implement and administer safety policies and training programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with operations to design safety initiatives and reduce injuries.
• Lead development and evaluation of safety programs with the Safety Director.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections with Contractors, Partners, and Owner.
• Maintain safety records, incident logs, and training certifications.
• Assist in ensuring orientation for Supply Chain Partners and workers.
