Job summary

MP NEXLEVEL LLC is seeking a safety-focused professional to oversee inspections, incident investigations, and safety training across construction sites in the United States. The role includes audits, reporting, and supporting OSHA regulatory activities as needed.

You will develop and implement safety programs, ensure workers are trained on safety requirements, and collaborate with management to maintain compliance with environmental, safety and health standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Safety or Health related field preferred.
• CUSP safety certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and General Liability claim processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with field and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and plans.
• Train construction personnel on safety requirements and OSHA basics.
• Advise on regulatory compliance with safety and health standards.
• Conduct field audits, inspections and hazard assessments.
• Respond to emergencies and support incident investigations.
• Assist in claim management and safety reporting.
