Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Field Safety Specialist to lead safety programs across field sites in the United States. You will oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards, deliver training, and drive a culture of safety in field operations.

The role requires 3+ years in safety or related fields, 5+ years in construction/industrial settings, and a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field. Travel is 80–90% and supervision of field personnel is involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in field safety or related field.
• Minimum of five years in construction or industrial settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to meet regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Deliver safety training sessions for field personnel and maintain training records.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and other regulations.
• Lead investigations of workplace injuries and incidents with detailed reporting.
