Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the Safety and Health Program at assigned locations.
• Coach safety staff, mentor teams, and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Manage safety audits, inspections, and safety conversations.
• Investigate injuries, incidents, and develop corrective actions.
• Develop mitigation strategies with operations to reduce injuries and incidents.
• Coordinate safety policy development and staff training.
