8+ years of safety and health experience in the construction industry preferred.
Experience leading safety staff and coordinating with operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and monitor the Company Safety and Health Program at assigned location(s).
Coach safety staff; manage audits, inspections and safety conversations.
Investigate injuries/illnesses and develop corrective actions with operations team.
Partner with ops managers to reduce injuries and incidents.
Develop safety policies and training with Safety leadership.
