Trade Agent, a AI-native construction software platform, seeks an Onboarding Specialist in Fort Collins, CO. You will guide new customers from setup to full adoption, configure accounts, map workflows, and coordinate training sessions.

The role requires strong customer onboarding, interpersonal and analytical skills, with experience in SaaS onboarding within construction or project management software. You will work hybrid?

Qualifications

• Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding skills to lead new users through setup, training, and adoption.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to build trust, explain complex workflows clearly, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer operations, interpret data and workflows, and configure the platform to fit business needs.
• Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success, ideally within construction, project management, or financial software environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Collins, CO, manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently, and maintain organized documentation and timelines.
• Comfort with learning new software tools, analyzing processes, and recommending workflow improvements to customers.
• Preferred: Background in construction operations, estimating, or project administration, and experience working with builders, remodelers, or subcontractors.
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through adoption of Trade Agent’s platform from setup to full adoption.
• Configure accounts and map existing workflows to the software.
• Coordinate training sessions and conduct onboarding calls and demos.
• Migrate data and ensure data accuracy for onboarding.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to improve onboarding experience.
• Document customer requirements and track onboarding timelines.
• Ensure new customers realize operational value quickly.
