Niche SSP - No.1 for Estimating Talent is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to help our construction clients adopt and thrive with our software. This remote role focuses on guiding onboarding journeys for multiple clients and delivering high-impact training.

You will work with Data Integration Specialists to map client databases, configure workflows, and become a trusted advisor who drives rapid value and strong product adoption across the US market.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong familiarity with construction workflows, estimating, or preconstruction tech.
• Tech-Minded: Quick to master complex software and capable of teaching it to others clearly.
• Communication Champions: Exceptional virtual presentation skills with a natural ability to build trust and solve problems.
• Growth Mindset: Hungry to learn our platform inside out and scale into an Implementation Specialist or enterprise leadership role.
