FRONTSTEPS, a Denver-based leader in HOA and community management software, seeks a Solution Delivery Specialist to manage a high-volume SaaS implementations portfolio from post-contract to go-live and billing initiation. You will translate complex configurations into clear SOPs and lead group training for clients, accelerating time-to-value.

You will leverage AI-powered tools to streamline onboarding, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Finance, and drive elite onboarding and customer

Qualifications

• Proven client-facing implementation or technical onboarding experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong grasp of software architecture, data flows, and configuration logic.
• Experience leading structured customer training and authoring user documentation.
• Able to manage 20+ active projects with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of SaaS implementations from post-contract to go-live and billing initiation.
• Translate customer requirements into accurate software configurations and data mappings.
• Create repeatable SOPs and deliver engaging group training sessions for clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure smooth post-contract transitions.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline onboarding workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide clear technical guidance.
• Analyze onboarding metrics and refine delivery playbooks.
