VetJobs is seeking a Construction Corporate Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for major projects. The role emphasizes veterans-focused recruitment and partnerships, with ownership of hard-to-fill roles and end-to-end sourcing strategies.

You will build pipelines, develop diversity plans, and coordinate advertising across multiple channels to meet aggressive hiring goals for nationwide projects. On-site in Frisco, TX, with strong leadership support and HR tech tooling.

• Must stay abreast of market conditions and industry trends.
• Proven track record sourcing candidates from multiple channels.
• Ability to meet fluctuating staffing demands with innovative techniques.
• Experience with HR technologies such as ATS/HRIS; PHR/SPHR a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultative search recruiting services including research, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
• Network continuously to build pipelines for current openings and future needs.
• Develop and execute diversity plans and talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage full cycle recruiting: recruit, screen, and place staff.
• Coordinate advertising across trade publications, websites, and social media.
• Maintain clear applicant communication and status updates.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs.
• Ensure candidate flow to meet hiring goals and participate in events.
• Create strategic sourcing plans for open requisitions; own hard-to-fill roles.
