The role focuses on high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for trades and professional positions and involves working directly with site superintendents to anticipate hiring needs in real time.

You will fill roles across multiple markets, partner with hiring managers, and drive recruiting through referrals, job boards, and proactive sourcing.

Job description

A private equity-backed commercial mechanical contractor with operating in 22 states is hiring a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Orlando-based HR team.

This is a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting role. You'll fill trades and field positions alongside professional-level roles, and you'll work directly with site superintendents to stay ahead of hiring needs in real time.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for trades and professional roles, sourcing through offer
• Build relationships with field superintendents and hiring managers to understand needs as they come up
• Drive high-volume trades recruiting through referrals, job boards, and proactive sourcing
• Manage postings, vendor relationships, and candidate pipelines across multiple markets
• Sit onsite with the operations team (4 days in-office, 1 remote)
