Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our onsite team in Orlando, Florida.

You will attract, source, and hire qualified construction professionals and skilled trades to support our growing operations across Central Florida. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the construction industry, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to develop creative strategies while maintaining a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades and construction professionals.
• Strong knowledge of construction terminology and staffing requirements.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder).
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally around Orlando/Central Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer and onboarding.
• Recruit for Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Project Engineers, and skilled trades roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, trade schools, unions, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Lead offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• SupportonboardingeffortsandcollaboratewithHRAndoperationsteamstoensuresuccessfulemployeeintegration.

RequiredQualifications
